Welcome to KateredTouch! Welcome, everyone, and thank you for choosing KateredTouch, LLC! I’m Katie, the owner and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) behind KateredTouch. I bring over 15 years of experience in healthcare, working across multiple specialties, including Family Medicine, Physical Therapy, and OB/GYN. I hold certifications in Massage Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, and Reiki. I am also continuing my education to become a Holistic Practitioner so I can further expand my knowledge and support my clients on their wellness journeys. My passion for caring for others began long before I became a mother to my two beautiful children. Caring for people has always been close to my heart, and I believe true wellness encompasses not only the physical body but also the mind and spirit. My goal is to provide a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment where you can relax, recharge, and focus on yourself. At KateredTouch, my hope is that you leave each session feeling more relaxed, with less tension and pain, and a renewed sense of well-being. Your appointment is your time, and together, we can tailor each session to your individual needs. Whether you prefer to chat or enjoy the peace and quiet, focus on specific areas of concern, or experience a full-body treatment, your comfort and preferences always come first. Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, please read and review the cancellation fees below.
Failure to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) will result in being charged your full appointment fee. Cancellation fees will be reflected upon by BUSINESS DAYS.
Cancellation requires 72 hour notice prior to appointment.
Fees also apply for late cancelation or no shows for gift certificate holders and/or giveaway winners.
Gift Cards are non refundable and to be redeemed 1 year of the purchase date. After this date, they will no longer be accepted.
Any inappropriate or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Actions such as these will result in immediate cease of services and dismissal from this practice. Client will also be charged for the cost of scheduled service.
New clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment start time. If a client arrives after a scheduled appointment start time, this time will be deducted from the total scheduled time. Any clients arriving after 10 minutes, will be charged the total amount of services and will be deemed a no show, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. This policy is strictly to protect all massage therapists and guarantee client scheduling.
